5.4 Operation Instruction
•BeforeswitchingontheMainCircuitBreaker,
makesureallcircuitbreakersandswitchesof
loadsareshutoff.Otherwise,itmaycausean
electricshocktotheoperator.
•Duringoperationthecontrolsystemwouldalarm
ifthegensetfailstostart,oroutputvoltageand
frequencyarenotaccordwiththepresetvalues.
Donotcloseanyloadbeforerestartingorremov-
ingfaults.
•Turnoffallswitchesofloadsbeforestopping.Oth-
erwise,itmightcausedamagestothegensetand
themselves.
5.4.1 Manual Operation
(1) Start
1)Shutoffeveryswitchandcircuitbreakerofloads.
2)ShutofftheGensetMainCircuitBreaker(GB)
andothercircuitbreakers.
3)TurntheBatteryIsolatorto"ON".
4)TurntheKeySwitchto"ON".
5)PresstheManualModeButton.ItsLEDillumi-
nates.
6)PresstheManualStartButton,thenthefuel
solenoidisenergised,andafterdelaytimethe
startermotorbeginstorunandmaketheengine
crank.
7)Aftertheenginestartssuccessfully,keepitidling
forabout5minutestoletitwarmup.Thecon-
trolsystemchecksautomaticallyoutputvoltage
andfrequency.Iftheyareright,theGenset
AvailableLEDwouldilluminate.Thenswitch
ontheGensetMainCircuitBreaker,theClose
GensetLEDilluminates.
8)Switchoneveryswitchorcircuitbreakerofloads
(fromheavytolowinsequence),exportpower
toload.
(2)Stop
1)Shutoffallswitchesandcircuitbreakersofloads
(fromlowtoheavyinsequence).
2)ShutofftheGensetMainCircuitBreakerand
othercircuitbreakers.
3)PresstheStopButton.
4)Theenginewillidleforabout1minutetocool
down.Thenitstops.
5)TurntheKeySwitchto"OFF".
6)TurntheBatteryIsolatorto"OFF".
