2. Yourpaceshouldmatchthespeedofthebelt.Nevertrytoincreasethespeedofthebeltby

3. Donotusethesafetykeyasastopbutton,otherwisethetreadmillmaybedamaged.Usethesafety
keyonlyincaseofemergency.

Safetykey
Insertthesafetykeyandattachtheclipontowaistpartofyourclothes.Incaseoftrouble,whereitis
necessarytoturnoffthemotorimmediately,simplypullthesafetykeyfromtheconsolebypullingthe
rope.Thedisplayswillshownodataanymore,andyouwillhearasound.Attachthesafetylockagain,
thetreadmillwillbeatthebeginningoftheprogram.
Note:thetreadmillwillonlyworkifthesafetykeyisproperlylockedinthedesignatedslotonthe

Anglerunningbelt
Theangleoftherunningbeltcanbesetmanually.Placethepinoftheheightadjustment(7)toposition
1,2or3.Makesurethepinisinthesamepositiononbothsidesofthetreadmill.
Powersavefunction
Thisdeviceisequippedwithpowersavefunction.Ifthedeviceisnotoperatedfor10minutes,the
powersavefunctionwillswitchon.Thedisplaywillnolongershowyourdata.Youcanpressanybutton
torestartthedisplay.
