clicksoundfromthecylinder(10).

Unfoldingthetreadmill



SupportareaAwithyourhand.Releasethetensionfromthecylinder(10)onareaBbyslidingthetwo

tubesintoeachother.Thenmovethemainframedowninthedirectionofthearrow,themainframe

willcomedownautomatically.



Turningonthetreadmill

Makesurethatthetreadmilliscorrectlyconnectedtoapowersource.Theon/offswitchislocated

directlybesidethecordoutletoftheappliance.TurnitONanditwillbelit.



Testing

1. Putthesafetykeyintheslotonthecomputerconsole.

2. Putthepluginthewallsocket.
