Attach moving arms, shoulder frame and placards
Attach moving arms:
1. Position the weight arm pivot tube in line with the bottom holes in the rear
upright bracket. Ask your assistant to hold it level while you slide the axle
with the center groove through the bracket and secur
e it using two bolts
and two washers .

2. Position the cable arm pivot tube and long-stemmed rubber bumpers in line
with the middle holes in rear upright bracket. Ask your assistant to hold it
level while you slide the axle through the bracket and secure it using two
bolts and two washers .
3. Position the shoulder frame pivot tube and short-stemmed rubber bumpers
in line with the top holes in the rear upright bracket. Ask your assistant to
hold it level while you slide the axle through the bracket and secure it using
two bolts
and two washers .
4. Fully tighten all bolts to 65 ft-lb (88 N-m).
Attach the shoulder frame:
1. Slide the shoulder pad assembly tube onto the shaft (Figure 5).
2. Secure it using one bolt and one end cap (Figure 5).
3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 to attach the other shoulder pad assembly tube. Fully
tighten the bolts.
4. Reconnect the shoulder pad assembly back through the rod end (Figure 5).

5. Ensure the shoulder pad assemblies are aligned with each other. If they are
not, adjust the rod end length as necessary. Once aligned, remember to
center the rod end in a rotational manner. While preventing the rod end
from turning, tighten the jam nut (Figure 6).

6. Repeat step 4 to attach the other shoulder pad assembly. Test each moving
arm to make sure it moves smoothly through its range of motion.
