Frame Assembly
DO NOT tighten fasteners until instructed to do so.
Have your assistant hold frame parts in place during assembly.
Image Hardware Instructions
1 2 M12 x 130 mm SHCS
4 washers, 13 mm
2 M12 nylon lock nuts
Tools: Hex wrench, 10 mm
Socket wrench, 19 mm
2 M10 x 125 mm BHCS
1 washer, 11 mm
Connect lower cross brace to weight stack tower and
kick plate .
Align to second hole from right.
Insert guide rod fasteners, one from each side, to align the
kick plate. Hand tighten only. These will be removed tem-
porarily in a later step.
