1 2 collars Slide collars onto arm shafts on main frame. Ensure at sides of
collars are towards main frame.
2 Slide left arm and right arm onto shafts at top of main
frame . Each arm is labeled with and . Match the arm
labels with the labels at the top of the main frame to ensure prop-
er placement.
3 2 washers, rubber
2 washers, 12.2 mm ID x 35 mm OD
2 M12 x 25 mm SHCS
Tools: Hex wrench, 10 mm
Torque wrench
Slide washers on to each arm in order shown. Hold washers
centered in arms and secure. Tighten to a torque of 55 ft-lb (75
N-m).
4 2 end plugs with sleeves
Tool: Mallet
Slide end plugs with sleeves onto ends of arms. Tap gently with
mallet if needed.
Remove all and labels.
