What to do if my PremAire PTW092C3G Air Conditioner unit does not start?

If your PremAire Air Conditioner doesn't start, first, check that the plug is securely plugged into the wall receptacle and that the test/reset button on the plug hasn't tripped. Also, the unit may be off or in wall thermostat mode. Turn the unit on using the bottom right button on the keypad. If the LED is green, the unit is on. If it's red, the unit is off. If there's no LED, there may be a power problem or damage to the control.
