If your PrepPal Mixer will not run, ensure the bowl guard is fully closed by rotating it to the right. Also, make sure the bowl is raised to the highest position and the timer is engaged to the desired time or set to the “on” position. Check all power connections and plug the mixer into a live socket, avoiding extension cords. Verify that the building circuit breaker is on and that the gear is fully engaged. If an internal overload has tripped, press the stop button, then the reset button. If it continues to trip, reduce the batch size or adjust the recipe.

There are several reasons why your PrepPal Mixer might be noisy. Check that the mixer is installed on a level surface and that the rubber feet are installed. Ensure the bowl is seated correctly in the bowl cradle and the bowl clamps are locked in place. Also, make sure the agitator is fitted properly.
