ARTICHOKES ’N SAUCE
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 artichokes
Pour water and oil into cooker. Place artichokes on rack in cooker. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and
cook 10 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Cool cooker at once. Serve with your choice of the following sauces.

Combine ¼ cup melted butter and 2 cloves minced garlic. Serve warm.
HERB YOGURT
Combine1cupplainyogurt,¼cupnelychoppedcarrots,½teaspoondillweed,and¼teaspoonsalt.Servechilled.
ITALIAN SAUCE
Combine½cupmayonnaiseand¼cupItalianstylesaladdressing.Servechilled.
3 sweet potatoes, peeled, cut
into 1 to 1½-inch chunks
¾ cup maple avored syrup
½ cup water
1 tablespoon melted butter
½ teaspoon salt
Placesweetpotatoesincooker.Mixsyrup,water,butter,andsaltinabowl;pouroverpotatoes.Closecoversecurely.Placepressure
regulator on vent pipe and cook 5 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Cool cooker at once.
