Throttle Control Lever
This lever allows you to control the forward and the reverse speed of your Rally up to the maximum speed
preset by the speed adjustment dial.
n Place your right hand on the right handgrip and your left hand on the left handgrip.
n Use your right thumb to push the right side of the throttle control lever to disengage your Rallys brake
and move forward.
n Release the throttle control lever and allow your Rally to come to a complete stop before pushing the
other side of the lever to move in reverse.
n When the throttle control lever is completely released, it automatically returns to the center stop
position and engages your Rallys brake.
Battery Condition Meter
Whenever you have the key fully inserted, this meter gives an approximate reading of your Rallys battery voltage.
NOTE: To ensure the highest accuracy, the battery condition meter should be checked while operating
your scooter at full speed on a level surface.
Horn Button
n The key must be fully inserted into the key switch for the horn to be operational.
n This button activates a warning horn.
n Do not hesitate to use the warning horn when its use could prevent accident or injury.
Light Switch (Optional)
This switch controls your Rallys headlight system.
n Press this switch once to turn on the lights.
n Press it again to turn off the lights.
