For use with a very low output moving-magnet
cartridge, the R32 can be adjusted to give an
additional 5dB increase in gain.
Switch off the R32 and disconnect the mains
cable.
Unscrew the screws on the lid of the R32,
using an Allen key, and lift off the cover.
Move the jumpers so they short the links in
positions JP101 and JP1 on the circuit board:

Replace the cover.

