For your safety and benefit, please read the
instruction and all the materials supplied with the printer so as to use the printer
well. According to the state regulations and company warranty, the printer will not
be serviced by “Three Guarantees” if it is out of order caused by your disassembly,
maintenance or refitting without Zonewin’s authorization in written within
guarantee period. There is a specified Guarantee Label stuck on the printer, please
keep it good within guarantee period, or the printer will not be serviced by”Three
Guarantees”because of the lost or damage of the label.
We promise that we can provide the parts and materials to replace the damaged
ones in normal use within at least 5 years after suspend production.
This printer belongs to energy saving products, energy efficiency label is sticking on
the back cover. All parts are designed for recycling, we will recycle them for free,
please contact with local dealer if you need.
We devoted ourselves to provide high cost performance printers, we hope that you
are satisfied with our printer. Our experienced technical engineer will help you when
there are any problems in use. Please inform our customer service if you have better
suggestions.

      If your Print-Rite Printer doesn't work or stops working, ensure the USB cord is securely connected to both the computer and the printer. If it is connected, press the ONLINE key. Also, make sure that paper is loaded. Check that the release lever is in the initial position. Power off the printer, clear any paper jams, and ensure the edge of the feeding paper is smooth. Power off the printer and take the ribbon cartridge out to straighten or replace the ribbon. Verify that the software is correctly installed, and reinstall if necessary. As a last resort, power off the printer and reset it to conduct a self-check. If problems persist, contact your dealer.

      If the chain paper feeding is abnormal in your Print-Rite Printer, stir the release lever to the icon position. Ensure the holes are aligned properly. The distance between the two paper clips affects feeding, so adjust as needed. Make sure the paper clips are locked and covered. The distance between the chain paper place and the printer should not exceed 1 meter, and the path should be smooth to avoid paper jams. The feeding key is valid only when offline. Note that there is a limit to paper thickness, please refer to Chapter 2.2.1.
