How to fix CH0 or CH1 error on Pro-Form PFEX63919.1 Exercise Bike?
    • C
      ctravisAug 7, 2025
If the message CH0 or CH1 appears in the display of your Pro-Form Exercise Bike, recalibrate the resistance system. First, remove the batteries from the console. Next, press and hold any button on the console for 20 seconds. Then, release the button and reinsert the batteries into the console; the exercise bike will adjust to the lowest resistance level. Next, turn the Left Crank Arm until a Magnet is aligned with the Reed Switch. Slide the Reed Switch slightly toward or away from the Magnet. Then, retighten the M4 x 16mm Screws. Turn the Left Crank Arm for a moment. Repeat the procedure above, if necessary, until the console displays correct feedback.

If the console display on your Pro-Form Exercise Bike becomes dim, it probably means the batteries are low. Replace the batteries to resolve this issue; most console problems are due to low batteries.
