Firmware upgrade operation
If the player needs a firmware upgrade, just follow the steps below:
A. Search for the application program “Factoryr.exe” in the
software package, then double click “Factory4.exe” file to have
the window display as shown:
B. Press and hold the volume up button while connecting the USB
cable to the player,A yellow circle will appear in the windows as
shown opposite.
