Catalytic cleaning
The removable side panels are coated with a catalytic enamel.
During cooking circulating air in the oven will deposit oil and fat
splashes. Where oily liquids have been spilt, self-cleaning action will
not be sufficient. It is recommended to run the oven at 24C for
one hour. Wait for the oven to cool down and wipe again with a
damp cloth.
If using oven sprays on the oven cavity surface, the catalytic panels
must first be removed from the oven. To remove them, unscrew
the screw and then pull them away from the oven.
Note that with catalytic cleaning, the cavity will not be fully cleaned:
you will have to clean the enameled parts as well as the oven door
glass yourself.
Warning: Under such conditions, the surfaces
be kept away.
