  If the red LED indicator lights up and the ProMinent Water Pump stops, it could be due to the fluid level in the feed tank reaching 'low liquid level stage 2'. To resolve this, simply fill the feed tank. Another cause could be the multifunctional switch not being set to 'Extern' while an external cable is connected, and the pump has the 'Controller type' identity code feature '1' 'with lock'. In this case, either turn the multifunctional switch to 'Extern' or remove the external cable from the pump.

Remove the suction tube from the storage container and thoroughly flush out the liquid end to resolve this. Alternatively, major crystal deposits might have formed on the ball seat. In this case, dismantle and clean the valves.
