ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Unfold the bench and lay it upside down.
STEP 2
Insert bench foots and make sure the bolt
treads are aligned with the frame tube holes.
Screw in all 3 bolts with washer by hand
then tighten it up with the Allen Wrench.
STEP 3
Insert high density foam pads to the bench
cylinder tubes by twisting it clockwise or
counter clockwise. Make sure the foam pad
is all the way in.
STEP 4
Adjust joint tubes so the holes will be aligned. Then insert both lockpins and make sure
the lockpins come out from the otherside as shown below. Then ip the bench over and
it will be ready to be used as needed.
