This will bring up a dialog box as below:
Note that the "TFTP Server Root Directory" in the above screen is set to C:\TFTP-Root. If left as this,
any downloaded files must be copied to this directory for transfer to the instrument. For ease of use
we will re-configure the directory to the location where the files are downloaded (downloads)
