5.1 Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule
Monthly maintenance: All processes and production schedules are different. In order to
catch problems before they occur, Progressive Technologies recommends an initial PM
schedule of once per month. The following should be included in the PM:
INOTE: PM Procedures will disrupt control of the furnace. Do NOT perform
PM procedure when running production.
1. Remove the four button-head screws to open the top cover of the SENTRY 1510
2. Inspect the piston area for particles or moisture
3. Inspect the wiring and circuit board for loose or damaged connections
4. Inspect internal nitrogen line for proper connection and for leaks
