What to do if Pulsafeeder Chem-Tech 100 fails to pump or feed?

If your Pulsafeeder Water Pump isn't pumping or feeding, several issues could be the cause. First, examine the suction tubing for leaks, and if the end is worn, cut off about an inch or replace the valve body and coupling nut. Also, ensure that valve seats are clean; if they're dirty, clean them, and if deteriorated, replace them. When pumping against pressure, ensure the dial is set above 40% of maximum rated capacity for a reliable feed rate. Check that the solution level is above the foot valve. If the diaphragm is ruptured, replace it, and check for pressure above 100 PSI at the injection point. Finally, if the pump head is cracked or broken, replace it, ensuring fittings are only hand tight.
