Enter the main menu with a long press of the M (9)

Press the UP (10) / DOWN (8) buttons to move through the menu items.
3.
Enter a submenu of the main menu with a short press of the M (9)
4.
Exit a submenu with a long press of the M (9) button.
5.
Automatic exit takes place after 10 seconds of inactivity.
