If Qfinder Pro or myQNAPcloud cannot locate the QNAP Network Storage Server during QTS installation, it may indicate faulty drives or data. Power off the NAS, remove all drives, power it back on, locate it using Qfinder Pro or myQNAPcloud, reinsert the drives, and then continue with the QTS installation.
