Option Description
Quad 1 GbE Connect up to four CAT6 Ethernet cables to the optional 1 GbE ports (6, 7, 8,
and 9) (see Figure 64 below).
Dual 10 GbE (SFP+) Connect up to two 10 GbE cables (optical or Twinax) to the optional 10 GbE
ports (6 and 7) (see Figure 65 below).

1. Connect up to three CAT6 Ethernet cables to the 1 GbE ports (see Figure 66 on the next page).
2. Depending on configuration, there are three 10 GbE (SFP+) options (Optical, Twinax, CAT6) available
for the DXi6900 G2. Connect the appropriate cable for your system (see Figure 66 on the next page):
