Quicksilver 675PH — System & Component Overview and Operaon
automacally by a built in mercury free oat switch when the water in the bilge reaches a
predetermined level. You can also manually operate the bilge pump at the console by pressing the
bilge pump switch.
Inspect the bilge pump intake and keep it free of dirt or material which may impede the ow of water
through the pump. To clean the pump strainer, depress the lock tabs on both sides of the pump and
li the pump motor.
If water does not come out of the discharge hose:
1. Remove the motor module to see if the impeller rotates with the power on.
2. Remove any debris that may have accumulated in the nozzle secon or strainer base.
3. Check hose and connecon on hull side for debris and proper connecons.
Check the funcon of all bilge pumps at regular intervals.
Clear pump inlet from debris.
The bilge pumping system is not designed for damage
control.

5. Livewell / Raw Water Washdown (oponal)
An oponal livewell and raw water washdown system is available for this boat. If installed, both the
40 liter livewell and the raw water washdown are located on the port a side of the cockpit. The
livewell is used to keep baiish alive by circulang seawater through the tank.
Livewell Operaon
Before operang the system, make sure that the livewell / raw water pickup valve is in the open
posion. The livewell / raw water pickup valve can be accessed through the motorwell access plate.
To ll the livewell, press the switch marked “LIVEWELL” on the sh pack switch panel located under
the port coaming cap. Inside the livewell, there is an aerator spray head that allows you to control the
ow of water. To increase the ow of water, turn the spray head counterclockwise, while turning the
valve clockwise decreases the ow. Located in the center of the livewell, there is a drain tube which
allows excess water to ow overboard, and fresh seawater to connually circulate. To drain the
livewell, simply unscrew the drain tube.
