WHAT IS TOP TETHER?
ALWAYS Use the top tether in Forward-
Facing Installations. A tether is designed
to reduce movement of a rear-facing and
forward-facing child restraint in a collision.
Vehicle tether locations can be found in many locations
within the vehicle. Some of the typical locations are shown
here. Please refer to your vehicle owner’s manual for exact
locations, requirements, and anchor identication points.
