4.2 CHECK THE FUEL LEVEL
WARNING!
Gasoline is highly ammable and explosive under certain
conditions. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine
stopped. DO NOT smoke or allow open ames or sparks in the
area where the lawn mower is being refueled or where gasoline
is stored. DO NOT overll the tank. Be careful not to spill fuel
when refueling. Wipe up any spilled gasoline and let the area dry
before starting the engine.
Gasoline substitutes such as gasohol are not recommended.
They may be harmful to the fuel system components.
1. Check the fuel level by removing the fuel tank cap to visually check the
level.
2. Add fuel carefully. DO NOT ll into the base of the fuel neck.
