7 Troubleshooting
General troubleshooting
A red error icon indicates that an error has occurred. The first step in this case that we
recommend, is to start a self-test and calibration.
1. Select the "Power" icon to turn off the scan.
The "Power" icon turns red.
2. Select the "Power" icon again.
The R&S QPS Walk2000 initiates the self-test and calibration routine, which takes
a few minutes. The lights on the R&S QPS Walk2000 turn blue in this time. Scan-
ning people is not possible.
If the R&S QPS Walk2000 still shows an error after calibration, contact your local
service provider.
