After
connecting the
power, the
charger does
not work

the power
meter does not
display power
levels.

discharged for a long time
without charging, causing
over-discharge or improper
battery discharge.

charger input into the mains
power outlet, then press and hold
the battery power meter button for
1 second. When the battery power
meter lights up, it enters forced
activation charging mode, and the
battery begins normal charging.
The brake is not
functioning.

cannot be resolved on your
own according to the above
instructions or if you are
uncertain about the fault.
2.Damage to the motor,
controller, charger, or battery.
If you encounter any of the above
situations, please contact your
supplier or repair station. Do not
attempt to open these components
without permission. Otherwise,
you may void the company's
warranty commitment.
