During the warranty period, the above-mentioned components that fail and cannot be repaired to
normal operation through maintenance will be replaced free of charge.
The following items are considered consumable parts: tires, brake pads, steering bearings assembly,
front and rear mudguards, seat cushion, lights, rearview mirrors, reflectors, etc. Except for quality
issues, customers can contact a service center or dealer for paid replacement or repair.
Warranty Start Date:
For offline purchases, the warranty start date is based on the invoice date (calculated from the first
occurrence).
For online purchases, the warranty start date is based on the delivery receipt date (calculated from
the customer's receipt date).
The delivery receipt and purchase invoice are valid proofs of purchase. In the absence of or unclear
proof of purchase, the system records of the sales date will be used as the basis.
