Alternatively, the software might be corrupted. Try re-flashing the latest software from the Raymarine website. As a last resort, on display products, you can perform a ‘Power on Reset’, but this will delete all settings, presets, and user data.

Make sure the GNSS receiver has a clear view of the sky.

  If your Raymarine Car Navigation system can't find the network, here are a few things to check: * Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on both Wi-Fi devices and rescan available networks, as Wi-Fi may not be currently enabled on devices. * Power cycle / reboot devices and rescan available networks, because some devices may automatically turn off Wi-Fi when not in use to save power. * Try to enable broadcasting of the device’s network using the Wi-Fi settings on the device you are trying to connect to, in case the device is not broadcasting. * Move devices closer together or, if possible, remove the obstructions and then rescan available network, because devices might be out of range or signal being blocked.

  If the mobile application is running slowly or not at all with your Raymarine Car Navigation system: * Install the mobile app from the relevant app store, if the Raymarine app is not installed. * Ensure both the mobile app and MFD software are the latest available versions, as the Raymarine app version might not be compatible with the MFD software. * Enable “Viewing only” or “Remote Control” as required in the Mobile Apps setting on your MFD, because mobile apps might not be enabled on the MFD.
