TheFistmicandoptionalHandsetcanbemountedby
followingthestepsbelow.WhilstonlytheFistmicis
picturedbelowthestepsareidenticalwhenmounting
theHandsetusingthemountingclip.
Beforemountingtheunit,ensurethatyouhave:
•Selectedasuitablelocation,ensuringthereisnothing
behindthemountingsurfacethatmaybedamaged
whendrilling.
•Identiedthecableconnectionsandroutethatthe
cableswilltake.
1.Checktheselectedlocationforthemountingclip,
aclearatareaisrequired,withsufcientspace
aroundittoplaceandremovetheFistmic/Handset.
2.Usingapencil,offerupthemountingcliptothe
desiredlocationandmarkthelocationofthescrew
holesonthemountingsurface.
3.Drillthemountingholesusingasuitablesizedrillbit.
4.Holdtheclipinplaceandsecureusingthescrews
provided.
5.HooktheFistmic/Handsetovertheclipandgently
pushdownuntilitclicksintoposition.
Note:TheFistmiccanonlybehookedand
unhookedfromthemountingclipwhenheldvertical.
Note:Drillbit,tapsizeandtighteningtorqueis
dependentonthethicknessandtypeofmaterialthe
unitistobemountedon.
