nose
gear
to
approximately
90
psi
using
dry
air
or
nitrogen.
Coat
the
top
of
the
collar
(2)
and
air
valve
assembly
(1)
with
soapsuds
and
test
for
air
leaks.

Release
the
air
pressure
by
depressing
the
valve
core
in
the
air
valve
assembly
(1).
Clean
the
soapsuds
from
the
top
of
the
collar
(2)
and
air
valve
assembly(l)
with
fresh
water.

Install
the
air
valve
cap
on
the
air
valve
assembly
(1).

Install
the
nose
wheel
onto
the
axle
(52).
