Problem
Scooter does not run
Possible Cause
Undercharged battery
Solution
Chargethe battery.Anewbatteryshouldbechargedfor at least12
hoursbeforeusingthe scooterforthefirst timeandupto 12hours
aftereachsubsequentuse.
Loosewires orconnectors
Checkall connectors.Makesurethe chargerconnectoris tightly
pluggedinto thechargingport,andthat thechargeris pluggedinto
thewall.
Scootersuddenlystopped
workingwhilein use

Trippedcircuitbreaker Checkall wires andconnectorsto makesuretheyaretight.
Thecircuit breaker(nextto on/off switch)will automaticallyshutoff
the powerif the motoris overloaded.
An excessiveoverload,suchastooheavya riderortoosteepa hill,
couldcausethe motortooverheat.Ifthe scootersuddenlystops
running,wait afew secondsandthenpushthe breakerto resetthe
circuit.Correctthe conditionsthat causedthe breakerto trip and
avoidrepeatedlytrippingthe breaker.
Underchargedbattery Chargethe battery.Anewbatteryshouldbechargedfor at least12
hoursbeforeusingthe scooterforthefirst timeandupto 12hours
aftereachsubsequentuse.
Checkall wires andconnectors.Makesurethe batteryconnectoris
tightly pluggedintothe chargerconnector,andthatthechargeris
pluggedinto thewall.

somepressurebetweenthepointof manufacturingandyour
purchase.Referto instructionson page3-4of this manualto properly
inflatetires.
Scooteris overloaded
Makesureyoudonot overloadtheelectricscooterbyallowingmore
thanoneriderat atime, exceedingthe154Ibs(70kg)maximum
weight limit,goingupa hill ortowingobjectsbehindthescooter.If
thescooteris overloaded,thecircuitbreakermaytrip andshutoff
powerto themotor.Correctthe ridingconditionsthat causedthe
overload,wait a few seconds,andthenpushthe breakertoresetthe
circuit.Avoidrepeatedlytrippingthe circuit breaker.
Brakedragging Adjustbrakelever(page5)to allowwheelto spinwithout brake
contact.
