      If you cannot communicate with other members using your RCA Two-Way Radio, consider the following: * Verify that other callers are using the same channel. * Ensure that the CTCSS/DCS signaling is identical. If not, contact your RCA Communications Systems dealer about reprogramming. * Confirm that the setting of the selective signaling 5-Tone in the RX Squelch Mode is correct. * Make sure that all members are within the communication range.

      If you are hearing calls from individuals outside your group on your RCA Two-Way Radio, it may be due to the CTCSS/DCS tone settings. Contact your RCA Communications Systems dealer about changing the CTCSS/DCS tone. Also, make sure the CTCSS/DCS tone is the same on all radios in your group.
