VOLUME
control
clockwise
to
turn
on
the
scanner.

[PROGRAM],
Enter
the
channel
number
that
you
want
to
program,
and
then
press
[PROGRAM]
again.
PGM
appears
on
the
display
and
shows

your
scanner
is
in
the
programming
mode.

a
transmission.

helpful
if

not
have
a
reference
to
frequencies

your
area.
