Supine Plank
Starting position:
• Lie on back
• Arms parallel to body
• Vertical ropes
• Straps 40 cm above surface
Instructions:
• Lift pelvis up to a straight body position and keep pelvis leveled
• Return to starting position
Exercise progressions:
Abduct both legs
Perform trunk rotation
Abduct one leg while keeping
the other leg still
Perform cycling movements
Perform flutter kicks
Perform cycling movements
with balance cushion
