Start exercise
To start a sport select an exercise type in the activity screen and enable it. The watch currently includes exercise
modes which includes Walking, Running, Cycling, Skipping, Badminton, Basketball, Football, Tennis, Climbing etc.
Please Note: This does not use GPS connectivity and accuracy will be reduced.

Breathe - It is important to take a few minutes out to practice a little mindfulness, this feature helps you focus
on your breathing.

Idle Alerts - If you would like gentle reminders to move and / or to drink water you can do so. Idle alerts need to
be enabled by going to “Profile” > “Others” > “Reminder to Move” and setting the time for sedentary alerts on the
REFLEX ACTIVE RED app.
GPS CONNECTION
• Within the app select the trainer icon to enter GPS mode.
• Tap the location map at any point during your activity to see your map location.
• During activity your watch will display activity time, heart rate & calories burned.
• Swipe up to view your heart rate status.
When you have completed your activity, you can view your data & route within the app.
• To stop or pause activity, swipe right.
• Tap & hold the RED icon to stop & exit.
• Tap the GREEN icon to start or restart.
Please note: If your activity lasts less than 5 minutes no
data will be recorded.
Your REFLEX ACTIVE smartwatch will connect to your smartphone GPS to improve the accuracy of the activity as
well as keep track of your location.
•When you are ready to start your activity tap to start.
•Both your smartwatch & smartphone will countdown 3, 2, 1 on screen display, you can now begin your activity.
• MAP will show you the path of your activity.
• OVERVIEW will show you activity statistics.
• Tap the GRAPH icon to see your activity history.
• Tap the GRAPH top left corner icon to see activity by
week, month or year..
