GPS time board, it includes the following:

Primary Functions of the RT552 GPS Interface Board
The RT552 provides lightning protection and a power supply for the receiver board. The RT552
also provides level translations on the serial TX and RX.
The RT552-B01 is designed to use the Garmin™ 15H GPS module.
