4 Warranty Statement
REF TEK instruments are warranted free from defects of manufacture for one year from date of
shipment.

Warranty/Non-Warranty Service
The customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from REF TEK before
returning any equipment. Do not return any REF TEK supplied equipment without first obtaining
an RMA number.
The following policy is applicable for warranty/non-warranty equipment when a problem is
encountered.
