What to do if my Regency Wood stove has fly-ash build-up?

If your Regency Wood stove has fly-ash build-up, it might be because the combustor hasn't maintained light-off temperature or you are burning materials that produce a lot of char and fly-ash, or you are closing the bypass too soon. Brush the cold combustor with a soft bristled brush or vacuum it lightly. Avoid burning cardboard, gift wrap, or garbage. Ensure you follow the instructions for proper light-off.
