Error P0: IPM malfunction or IGBT over strong current protection
Check if the wiring between module PCB and
compressor connected correctly.
NO
Correct the connection.
YES
IPM continuity check. Check if the IPM terminal
resistance values are uniform.
NO
Replace the module PCB.
YES
Check if the IPM installed correctly. Check if the
outdoor fan can run properly
NO
Correct the installation, tighten the screws and
apply silicon grease. Correct the connection of
fan motor or reolace the fan motor.
YES
Replace outdoor control PCB. Does the
problem still remain?
YES
Replace the compressor.
Error P1: Over voltage or over low voltage protection
Check if the power supply is normal.
NO
Disconnect the unit with power supply and try to
restart the unit when power supply gets normal.
YES
Check if all the connections are good
NO
Correct the connections.
YES
Check if the voltage between P and N is around
DC 320V
YES
Replace outdoor control PCB.
