12 Shutdown
Temporary shutdown
1. Let the unit run for 2 to 3 hours in circulation
mode, or in cooling mode at maximum tem-
perature, to extract any residual humidity
from the unit.
2. Shut down the system using the remote con-
trol.
3. Switch of
f the power supply to the unit.
4. Check the unit for visible signs of damage
and clean it as described in the "Care and
maintenance" chapter
.
Permanent shutdown
Ensure that units and components are disposed of
in accordance with local regulations, e.g. through
authorised disposal and recycling specialists or at
collection points.
