Check the voltage and wait until it is turned on again, if necessary. * The mains fuse or controller fuse might be faulty. Arrange to have it exchanged. * The power plug might not be inserted in the socket. Ensure the power plug is properly inserted. * The condensate container might be full, with a flashing "DRAIN WATER" display. Empty the container via the condensate drain hose. * The timer mode might be activated. Wait for the timer period to expire or press the "I / 0" key again.

If the error appears after operating for some time, it could be due to a lack of refrigerant or a malfunctioning fan motor in the outdoor unit. If the temperature on the THOP probe rises above 58 °C, the unit will switch off and display error code "32".
