If your REMKO Air Conditioner isn't responding to the remote, several factors could be at play. First, the transmission distance might be too far, or the receiver is experiencing interference; try reducing the distance to less than 6 meters or changing position. Ensure that the receiver and transmitter aren't exposed to excessive solar radiation; if so, place them in the shade. Electromagnetic fields might be interfering with transmission; the signal won't transmit when interference sources are operational. Check if a key on the remote is jammed or if two buttons are pressed simultaneously; release the key or only press one key at a time. Finally, the batteries in the remote might be flat; try inserting new batteries. If none of these actions work, consider replacing the remote control.
