for your vehicle.
Exceeding the maxi-
mum engine oil level
The oil level should only
be read with the dip-
stick as explained above. If the
oil level exceeds the maximum
level, do not start your vehicle
and contact an approved deal-
er.
Filling and/or Check-
ing the oil level:
Take care when top-
ping up or checking the
oil level. Make sure that no oil
drips onto engine components.
Remember to refit the cap se-
curely, and put the dipstick
back in place to avoid oil
splashes onto hot engine com-
ponents.
Fire hazard.
