With the ignition on, move the
stalk 1 around the steering wheel
(depending on the version):
A One time Mist Removal Function.
B Park.
C Intermittent wiping (depends on
vehicle version) - The wiper will
pause for several seconds between
sweeps.
D Normal wiping speed.
E Fast wiping speed.
Windscreen Washing
With the ignition on, pull stalk 1
towards you(depending on the ver-
sion).
A brief pull will trigger a single sweep
of the wiper, in addition to the wind-
screen washer.
A longer pull will trigger multiple
sweeps until the release of stalk 1 in
addition to the windscreen
washer.Once the stalk is released,
there will be three sweeps of the
wiping and one additional sweep af-
ter a few seconds.
Before any action on
the windscreen (wash-
ing the vehicle, de-ic-
ing, cleaning the wind-
screen, etc.), return stalk 1 to po-
sition B (park).
Risk of injury and/or damage.
When working in the
engine compartment,
ensure that the wind-
screen wiper stalk 1 is
in the B position (park). Risk of
injury.
If you switch off the ignition before
switching off the windscreen wiper
the blade will stop at random on the
windscreen. After switching the igni-
tion back on, simply move stalk 1 to
position B to place them in the park
position.
