Warning light for monitoring
exhaust gas
It comes on when the ignition is
switched on and then goes out.
– If it lights up continuously, consult
an approved dealer as soon as pos-
sible.
– If it flashes, reduce the engine
speed until the light stops flashing.
Contact your approved Dealer as
soon as possible.
Refer to the information on “Advice:
antipollution, fuel economy, driving”
in Section 2.
Anti-lock braking warning
light
This lights up when the ignition is
switched on and goes out after a
few seconds.
If it does not goes out after the igni-
tion is switched on, or lights up when
driving, there is a fault with the ABS.
Braking will then be as normal, with-
out the ABS system.
Contact an approved Dealer as soon
as possible.
Oil pressure warning light
This comes when ignition is ON and
goes out after few seconds. If it
comes on when you are driving ac-
companied and a beep, it is essen-
tial to stop and switch off the igni-
tion. Consult an approved Dealer as
soon as possible.
Battery charge warning light
If it comes on when you are driving, it
indicates that the circuit has dis-
charged. Consult an approved Deal-
er as soon as possible.
Tyre under-inflation warning
light
It lights up when the ignition or the
engine is switched on and goes off
after a few seconds 🡺69.
Warning light for the electron-
ic stability program (ESP)
There are several reasons for the
warning light to come on: see “Elec-
tronic Stability Program ESC with
understeer control and traction con-
trol” in 🡺66
ESP OFF WARNING LIGHT
This lights up when the ignition is
switched on and goes out after a
second.
This will comes in display when dri-
ving if the ESP OFF switch pressed
manually (Applicable only if the ESP
OFF switch equipped)
