TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
SYMPTOM CAUSE POSSIBLE REMEDY
There is no sound in the
hearing instruments although
still being in the streaming
program
The Unite Mini Microphone
and hearing instrument have
become out of wireless range
The Unite Mini Microphone is
no longer powered on
The battery level of the Unite
Mini Microphone has become
too low to support streaming
An audio device has been
connected to the Line-in plug
but the device has been
powered off or the output
muted
Assure that Unite Mini Microphone and hearing instruments
are within wireless range again
Power on the Unite Mini Microphone and activate streaming
again
Charge the battery
Power on or unmute the external audio device
