SERIES 7 SHREDDERS – 230v
DESKSIDE AND OFFICE MODELS
Re-assembly:-
1. Replace damaged parts and rebuilt the stack
2. Refit collar and tighten lock-nuts (no need for slacking back).
3. Replace bin full flap, and safety flap (1250 S5) relocate end frame assembly and tighten all
fasteners.
4. Replace pop rivets.
5. Return cutting head to cabinet with all wiring.
6. Replace top cover.
7. Test operation
NB For 250 and 1250 S5
It is a long and tedious job to rebuild the cutter assembly from scratch on these models. It is
strongly recommenced that all precautions are taken to avoid separation of cutter sets from
strippers.. Should this occur, first recourse is to call for assistance from Rexel?
