ASSEMBLY

A-FRAME INSTALLATION (Quick Hitch)

1. Attach the A-Frame Bars (10) to the right and left Hitch Lugs (1 & 2) with two 5/8” x 2” bolts (30), 5/8”

washers (23), bushing (6) and 5/8” locknuts (24).

2. Attach the Lift Strap Bars (9) to the Mainframe with two 1/2”-13 x 1-1/4” bolts (32), 1/2” flatwasher (19),

bushing (5) and 1/2”-13NC locknut (18).

3. Attach flex links (7) to A-Frame bars (10) with 5/8” x 2” carriage bolts (30), bushings (2), flatwashers (23)

and Nut (24).

4. Insert quick hitch bushing between A-Frame and insert 5/8” x 4-1/2” bolt and locknut.

5. Insert 5/8” x 2-3/4 bolt (31) through flex links (7), rear braces (9) and bushing (3) inserted in rear braces.

6. Insert 5/8” x 2-3/4 bolt (31) through rear holes in flex link (7) with bushing (3) between and above rear

braces.,.
